What can I do if there is obvious gap between pen nib and cursor?
Windows:
Open the “Tablet Setting” in the start tray.
Go to “Mapping” to choose “Monitor 2” in “Select Monitor” (if you have 3 displays, choose “Monitor 3”)
If there is still a subtle gap, click “Calibration” to do pen calibration.
Mac:
Click and check the video tutorial
Open “Driver Setting”
Go to “Region Setting” to choose “Monitor 2” in “Select Monitor” (if you have 3 displays, choose “Monitor 3”)
Click “Auto Calibration” or “Default” to do pen calibration if there is still a subtle gap.
NOTE:
It is a normal phenomenon to have a slightly optical parallax when using the pen to draw in the monitor because there is a thick glass between the pen tip and pen touch area.
TIPS:
How to judge whether the product is good or not?
Put the pen draw in the monitor in a vertical way and watch whether the pen tip is coincident with the cursor right above.
