Parblo.com Returns & Refund Policy
All returns from Parblo on Parblo.com must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Parblo.com can be returned to Parblo store. If you have purchased a Parblo item from one of our Authorized Dealers, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
In the event of a hardware failure, please contact Parblo customer service to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA Returns Policy requires customers to return the defective product to Parblo within 30 business days of receipt of the purchased item. The return postage is paid by Parblo, and then Parblo will send the new product for free.
In the event of a return without quality issues(you don't want it/need it, etc), an 8% restocking fee, and return shipping fee both ways will be undertaken by the buyer.
The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging. We will reimburse the original purchase price to your original method of payment. Make sure to include the original receipt for the items you wish to return. Refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable). Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our Warranty Policy. Also, associated shipping fees are not refundable. If you find that the package has tampered, please return Parblo product to the same delivery agent. Also, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

Parblo One-Year Limited Warranty Policy
All warrantees begin from the date the product is purchased. If a product and accessories develops a fault during the warranty and the fault are due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse then Parblo will repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is provided with pictures and videos. Shipping charges may apply, depending on the location. Parblo does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To fix such issue will be charged extra service fee. Parblo assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. You should afford the shipping fee of returning product to us, and we offer free shipping of your replacement or exchange product.
After One-Year Warranty
For post warranty repair, the procedure is the same as outlined in One-Year Limited Warranty. However, you are responsible for shipping charges both ways and the current price of part(s) used in the repair.
Request a return with RMA number to Parblo.com Customer Support by clicking on the http://support.parblo.com on Parblo.com
Download Return Material Authorization (RMA) form and include the completed RMA Form in your package, along with the item(s) to begin the return process. We recommend selecting a trackable shipping method and insuring the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return any hardware back to Parblo without a valid and authorized Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
In the instance of Parblo giveaways, gift, contest, and promotional items, the products cannot be returned for cash value or store credit.
